Now we have to get all the inspections done then we should be closing by June 30. We are really excited. The new hose is about 2 times the size of our current one and we really need the space. It also has an awesome swimming pool with a slide and diving board. It also comes with nearly 9 acres of wooded land surrounding the house. Finding that much land, that is pretty much flat, in Morgantown is a rarity. The current owner has made some hiking trails back through the woods, so I look forward to exploring the land. Who knows, maybe we can even have a Grateful Dads outing there. They are also leaving one of those big wooden play sets too. So my daughter will have a great play area.

Nice house! I wish I could find acreage like that in Motown. I'll just have to enjoy our flat 1 acre, and friends pool across the street.

My sister and her husband live in Morgantown and they've said the same thing about land being hard to come by, especially at a good price.
